Power Coaching Sessions

Power Coaching Sessions with dotJenna are power-packed one-hour meetings in which you discuss the strategies for making your business famous among your target market, as well as learn what you need to know to successfully sell online. These individualized Coaching Sessions are available for a limited time, as dotJenna’s schedule is quickly filling up. Once we are booked for the month, she will start conducting group training classes, and charging a great deal more for personal meetings. Now is the time to get started!

Power Coaching Session Guidelines

Location

Coaching sessions are conducted on the phone. dotJenna will call you for the appointment. If, for some reason, you do not receive a phone call, please her cell at 972-510-9177, or our office line at 972-335-9922.

Times

It is best to set up a specific time for your Power Coaching Session each week in advance, and to stick to this schedule. You may schedule an appointment with dotJenna online via her calendar, located on dotJenna.com. dotJenna’s Calendar.

Available Coaching Times
dotJenna is available for Power Coaching Sessions when she is not booked with other clients during the following hours:

10am – 9pm Mon. – Fri.
1pm – 5pm Saturday

Cancellations

If you cannot make your scheduled coaching time, you may reschedule, however, do note that our most successful Coaching Clients are those who make the coaching sessions a priority at a certain time each week. You may reschedule without charge if you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

Missed Coaching Sessions

dotJenna’s coaching services are in high demand, and there is a waiting list of people who want to use her proven techniques for high-visibility social marketing. Plus, your business needs you to focus on marketing, no matter how busy you get. It’s important to always put emphasis on marketing (a little bit each day, or week), so that you never have any down time. Please be consistent by attending the Power Coaching Sessions.

In some cases beyond our control, the Coaching Session must be missed by dotJenna. If your Coaching Session is missed by fault of dotJenna without a 24 hour notice, you will be entitled to one hour of Coaching at no charge. Your appointment will also be rescheduled.

Social Media Coaching Modules

The dotJenna Member Center contains 15 Modules related to Social Media Sales & Marketing. Depending on your needs and skill level, we may skip around to achieve our goals.

1st Power Session

Your first Power Session will be used to assess your skill-level, as well as the needs of your organization. You will be sent a variety of questionnaires and articles to help us determine where to start within our Coaching Program.

Assignments

Each week, you will be given assignments to complete. These assignments will involve tasks that need to be done in order to achieve results. These assignments are agreed upon during your Power Coaching Session. Please note: These assignments must be completed if you want to achieve success. Please take time to complete your assignments on time so that your next coaching session will be fully productive.

Your Assignments will be sent to you via Email after or during the Coaching Session, and will be reviewed for proper completion and discussion at the beginning of the next Session. If you do not receive your email after your Power Session, please let us know. These are very important for tracking your progress.

Between Coaching Sessions

You have access to the dotJenna Membership Site at any time. This exclusive area contains volumes of information on every topic imaginable related to web marketing, lead generation and social media. New bits of information are being added constantly. It is recommended that you go into this area and review the articles and watch the videos in the down-time you have between Coaching Sessions.

dotJenna’s Social Media Community

We are generating and distributing a great deal of information related to Social Media Sales & Marketing throughout our network on our social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and on http://www.dotjenna.com/ and http://www.themarketingshop.com/. The information distributed throughout our network is designed for quick, easy digestion, and it directly coincides with your Power Coaching Session training. You will not be successful unless you engage, interact and review the articles, videos, podcasts and other materials that are sent out through our network daily.

Phone Consultations

dotJenna is not available for personalized phone consultations during times other than the weekly Power Coaching Sessions. If you ask a question or make a request via email or on Facebook, this allows us to answer when we’re not conducting other Coaching Sessions. Your questions will be responded to Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm CST. All requests are generally answered within 24 hours. If you do not get a response, please make sure you have the proper email address, or just send an email through Facebook.

The dotLine

We urge you to use Skype during the week for questions related to tasks you are doing in Social Media. We are often on Skype during odd-hours, and we are happy to answer your questions immediately at any time, provided we are online. This is part of our dotLine Service, which is inclusive with Personalized Coaching.
