We are here to aid you in dealing with issues that you come across with social media, blogging, your website and many other problems you face on the web. There are things you don’t know, and other things that you do. We assist you in “connecting the dots,” by helping you to complete tasks and offering unprecedented support. We also encourage you to continue with what you’re doing, and not to give up.

The dotLine Support Center is here to help our coaching clients with matters pertaining to social media marketing. dotLine support is conducted through Skype Chat and regular Email during business hours (9am – 5pm CST) Monday through Friday. If we are experiencing a high volume of Support Requests, then we will get back with you within 24 hours.

We are happy to introduce the new “dotLine” provided to our dotJenna’s Coaching Program Clients. The dotLine is a new way for you contact our team to get the help you need, right at your fingertips.

Here’s how it works

If you are signed up for one of dotJenna’s Coaching Programs, or other Monthly Services*, you have access to the dotLine. If you’re not sure if your Program includes the dotLine, please ask your TMS Representative.

  • Receive unlimited access to the dotLine by phone, email and/or chat.
  • dotLine open from 9am to 5pm. Monday thru Friday CST, excluding Holidays

The dotLine offers support for the following social media platforms.

  • Ask about your web marketing strategies.
  • Get technical support for your social media accounts.
  • Find out how to do anything possible on Facebook.
  • How to blog.
  • How to insert a photo onto your Facebook Profile.
