The dotLine Support Center is here to help our coaching clients with matters pertaining to social media marketing. dotLine support is conducted through Skype Chat and regular Email during business hours (9am – 5pm CST) Monday through Friday. If we are experiencing a high volume of Support Requests, then we will get back with you within 24 hours.
One of the most common expressions we see in our coaching clients is frustration. It’s understandable to become frustrated when you’re trying to do something that’s unfamiliar to you, or when you’re learning something new. This is why we have the dotLine. We want to be here to help you “connect the dots” between the things you know and you don’t know. We want you to have a place to get your questions answered quickly and efficiently.

The dotLine supports is web-based applications for social media.

We can provide some support for WordPress sites that are not hosted by us, however, since we only have access to our own servers, we can only provide full-support for those WordPress sites which are hosted by The Marketing Shop.com.
We do not provide support for the following WordPress issues. Note: There are exceptions to these guidelines if you are a client of The Marketing Shop.com.
We do not support any programs that you install on your computer, such as Word, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, McAfee or any other type of software.
We also do not support software that you download onto your computer from the web, such as Top Producer, your Internet Explorer browser or any other type of computer software that you download.
The dotLine is unable to support hardware issues which includes problems with your actual computer, mouse, monitor, keyboard or printer. Issues dealing with the speed of your computer, available memory and/or viruses and spyware are also beyond the scope of services that we provide through the dotLine.
We are limited in our ability to assist you with issues pertaining to your mobile phone, including the installation of applications, upgrading of Mobile software, setting up your email, and trouble shooting issues.
iPhone Support
We offer iPhone support as it pertains to social media, including assistance with the following:
1. Installing Social Media Applications.
2. Upgrading iPhone Software.
3. Uploading Photos & Posting Content.
4. Using Social Media Applications.
We do not offer Blackberry support at this time, though this is due to change in the coming months.
Since our focus is on social media, we handle very few email-support related requests.

Email Issues Cannot Handle
