The goal of our Program is the consistent monthly advertising of your business among popular social media sites using dotJenna’s 7 Steps to Social Sales Success. We will promote you and your business using the most viable resources available, including Twitter, Linked In, Facebook and Word Press. Which social sites we use will depend on your business and your target market. At this time, we are primarily marketing on Facebook because the results are outstanding.
Understanding that the web and social media is constantly progressing, please rest assured that we will keep you informed of current trends. We will also make adjustments to our processes as the marketplace requires, keeping your web presence cutting edge.
Our work starts with the Facebook Profile Page, by adding friends and building a community of engaged people who fit the demographics of your niche target market.

The first thing we will do is request that you fill out our SMO Questionnaire and the Online Identity Questionnaire. Please fill it out and fax it back to us at 972-408-0693, or you may simply scan it and email it to dotjennasmo@gmail.com
Everything that we do will be individualized to you, your business and your target market. We’re pretty good at this, and we have lots of sales and marketing experience and passion, so you can trust us to make you look great.
Send us your list of clients or database and we’ll be happy to search for them on Facebook, and then to add them to your network.
Your social media advertising success is dependent upon our efforts together as a team. If you can perform the following types of duties, you will experience even more success, more quickly. If you are unable to assist with our work in any way, you will still get results, but not as much as if you were fully engaged in the process.

Work is performed daily, Monday through Friday, CST. If we miss a day or two, we will make up for that time on the third day. Rest assured that your account will be monitored regularly.

If you have questions about your account, it is crucial that you contact the appropriate representative via email. All requests, comments, concerns and communications must route through the email address of dotjennasmo@gmail.com. The reason we require email only communication for our SMO Program, is to keep costs down for you. If you wish to have a personal, one-to-one consultation with a one of our Certified Social Media & Branding Experts in person on the phone, we can arrange a consultation for a fee.
We offer a variety of other services if you are interested in branding your business, getting coaching or building a WordPress website. We are here to meet all your Social Media Branding, Sales & Marketing needs.
We are offering the SMO Services at a very low rate in order to keep the process cost effective for you, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Do not change your password. We need to be able to get in and out quickly, and we cannot do this if you change the password. Please let us know your password and keep it in a safe place. If you lose your password and change it, please send us notification immediately.
2. Give us time to warm up to your network before you post yourself. Try not to post any info for a while as we are getting acclimated to your network, and helping your network get used to your new posting style.
3. Fill out the Personal Questionnaire and Marketing Questionnaire. This will help us to better convey who you are to your audience. If you do not fill these documents out, we will post what we think you would post, and what suits your audience.
4. If there is something you don’t like that we post, please let us know. We are not perfect, and may not always suit your tastes. If there is something that we post that you don’t like, please remove it, BUT make sure you let us know that you don’t like it so we won’t post the same type of stuff in the future.
5. Post pics of yourself and share about your personal life. Your personal info is what we don’t know. Personal info is good and important for appearing real and accessible. Feel free to post (once or twice a day) about your own life, including what you are doing, photos of neat things you see, parties you’re attending and the like. This really helps our work look more genuine.
6. Make sure your profile pic is personal. People will not accept your friend request if your profile pic is too businesslike. They will think that you’re trying to market to you and ignore you. Your profile pic needs to be relaxed and casual with you smiling.
